Love you all, praying for you,

First, what is an obeyer?  One who hears and obeys the voice of God, who walks in His plans for their good!  Why would you want to be one?  Because all of God’s promises and all of His good, are for those who obey.  And most important of all - because that’s what Jesus did.  To be a follower of Christ – you have to live like He did.  He was the ultimate obeyer.  In fact, that’s all He did – as an example for us, so you can fulfill your purpose, like He fulfilled His.  So what are the Eleven Habits of Obeyers?   #1) They Write It Down.  #2) They Obey with Time.  #3)  They Transform Their Mind. – Obeyers think different, They don’t think like most people think, because they think like God thinks, not like everybody else.  They have trained their mind – by letting God’s Word transform it.  That’s why obeying comes easy for them, and deception becomes obvious.  PRISM is one of the best ways to do this – five things you can do every day in God’s Word.  It will transform your mind with truth, wisdom, and understanding.  It opens your eyes to think eternally, not just temporally, to think spiritually, not carnally.   Jesus said, The Spirit gives life; the flesh produces nothing.  The words I have spoken to you are spirit and they are life.  So to have life, you need His Words.  When the Holy Spirit through God’s Word – speaks life – it transforms your mind, so you think like God thinks.  If not, you will think like you have always thought, you will think like everyone else thinks.  Crowd-think is a very powerful thing, it can be harnessed for good, or great evil  – even while calling it ‘good.’  Jesus didn’t follow the crowd, he slipped through it.  He thought differently.  He thought like His Heavenly Father.  So how do you think different than how man thinks? than how the wicked think, the easily led, and easily deceived?  Those who have been duped into thinking that man’s way is the right way, who have already begun to call good evil, and evil good?  If you have no truth to expose what’s false, the false will seem true to you.  Have you ever believed something so strongly, convinced yourself of it, even convinced others, only to find out – it wasn’t true, or fully true in the end?  How do you know what truth is, what life is?  How do you know who God is, and what He commands for your own good?  Obeyers transform their mind with His Word.  For them PRISM is a habit, it’s a priority.  They know what they naturally think, is not what God thinks, they know what seems right, isn’t right.  They know that God said – “As a man thinketh in his heart – so is he.”  So they want to be sure they think like God thinks, so they can know His will and do it.  Obeyers transform their mind, and transformed minds are quick to obey.  They are drawn to truth and life, and discernment becomes easy, they slip through crowds, they don’t follow them.  Praying that you will transform your mind with God’s Word – so He can confirm every thing He told you to do, even how and when.  Praying that you will be an obeyer in your mind, so your words and your life reflect the blessing that His Word brings.

Love you all,
dad
