Love you all, praying for you.
So thankful today. So hopeful. So grateful. So expecting… God is good. His Name is the LORD which means Supreme in Authority. That means from today forward though out all of eternity. God has ordained good for you. He has prepared good for you. He desires good for you – and He will surely bring it to pass. His good is only accessed through obedience. But it is the most joyful life there is! Praying that you will get addicted to obedience and praise - this hour, this thought, this word, this dollar. That the joy of obeying would increase your praise, and increase His Name. God showed me something. Psalm 68:7 When you went out before your people, O God, when you marched through the wasteland, the earth shook, the heavens poured down rain, before God, the One of Sinai, before God, the God of Israel. God always goes out before His people. You are not on your own! He goes out before you! in Power! The earth shakes, nations bow, wind obeys. He has purpose and provision for your every step! Even the desert has a purpose. Whether it’s an eleven day journey from Egypt to the Promised Land, or a 40 year detour because of the unbelief of others. Even if its our fault. He still is with us, and He will lead if we follow. He gives manna in the desert. He gives water from the rock, His refreshing. He gives the cloud of His Holy Spirit, and He gives His Word on Mt. Sinai – for our success! To help us know how to walk in prosperity and blessing. If He goes before us – that’s enough! He gives His Word and His Spirit to make you prosper. Even the desert is full of His glory. Full of testimony, full of joy. He always takes us through the desert, to a promised land. The desert is not our settling place, it’s what He leads us through! Deserts are beautiful, if you can see it. Deserts have fewer distractions. Deserts are great training ground to praise, to be thankful, to practice filling your heart, to practice hope, to practice contentment. Praying that you will fully obey so you will prosper even if he leads you through dry places. Dry places don’t mean you will be dry, there may be dryness around you, but He is springs of living water. Praying that you will practice your praise, practice your words, practice your hope and your trust, in His presence always. So you will always be refreshed, so deserts will not be deserts to you. Love you all, dad
