Love you all, praying for you,
First, what is an obeyer? One who hears and obeys the voice of God, who walks in His plans for their good! Why would you want to be one? Because all of God’s promises and all of His good, are for those who obey. And most important of all - because that’s what Jesus did. To be a follower of Christ – you have to live like He did. He was the ultimate obeyer! In fact, that’s all He did – as an example for us, so you can fulfill your purpose, like He fulfilled His. So what are the Eleven Habits of Obeyers? #1) They Write It Down – that’s how they remember what God told them. #2) They Obey with Time – it’s the essence of life. #3) They Transform Their Mind – so they think like God thinks. #4) They Give an Account – that’s how they learn to love God not money. #5) They Overcome Daily – by the blood of the Lamb and the Word of their testimony #6) They Gather - with other obeyers - to provoke one another to obey even more! #7) They Ask Before They Decide – they follow the pattern of discovering His will, and their decisions are different. #8) - They Are Humble - Obeyers are humble – that’s why they're obeyers. #9) They Speak Life. They know the power of the tongue. They commit themselves with their mouth. They give their testimony. They speak life to others, they help them discover their testimony. #10 - They Pray – Obeyers intercede, they learn the heart of God, and join with Him in prayer for what He is about to bring to pass. They know that when we work we work, but when we pray, God works. They know if they ask the Holy Spirit – He will lead them in the prayers of God’s heart, for them and for others, for persons and for nations. They pray in the Spirit – which is the perfect will of God. They pray in the understanding that the Holy Spirit gives them. They ask and receive, because they don’t ask amiss, they ask in obedience. They pray for the Father’s Heart and the Father’s will. They pray in faith believing, they pray without ceasing, they pray and don’t give up. Praying that you will review the Prayer Packet. God’s Word on a topic – is powerful. Praying that you will pray consistently. PiVAT is always prayer – asking God for His will for you for today. PRISM is always prayer, asking God to help you do what He just revealed in your PRISM time with Him. Your 4C’s Accounting Tool is always prayer – asking God what He wants you to do with His money. And your Daily Call is always prayer – as the Holy Spirit fills you with Words from their Heavenly Father for them specifically for today. Praying that prayer will be a desire and priority – that you will ask God even before you pray – so you always pray His heart, not yours, His will, not yours, His words, not yours. That’s what He promised the Holy Spirit will do - Lead you in all truth, His will and His way for you – which also includes what He has planned for you to pray. So you join with Him in every good thing that He is about to do. Love you all, dad
