Love you all, praying for you.

God refining me recently.  Ecclesiastes 12:13 – Now all has been heard; here is the conclusion of the matter…  I just love God’s Word – He doesn’t just give answers – He even gives how to get them…  It’s not just the answer that God gives, He gives the 'how to arrive at it.'  So not only does He give this answer – He shows us how to seek Him and receive the next one as well.   Are you facing a decision?  Praying that you will review the Relationship Topic – The PiVAT Decision Tool -  this simple pattern of seeking God – whether a big or small decision – has made a huge impact on not just what we do, but how we approach seeking God’s will on things.  So thankful for truth.  Now that all has been heard – here is the conclusion of the matter.  God says there is a time and place for every matter (Ecclesiastes 8:6) – a time to consider and a time to conclude.  Some people are always hearing and never concluding.  Hearing is for concluding – not endless hearing.  Once you have heard (not repeats – repeats go on forever), once all has been heard – know the conclusion of the matter.  The settlement of the thing – the final decision – so you can move forward – not rotate idly in a circle.  Ask God, search His Word, seek counsel – and hear the Holy Spirit’s answer.  Conclude – make a judgment.  Endless indecision causes ruin, a squandering of time and emotional energy, a wasting away, a coming to nothing.  God’s wisdom concludes every matter.  Conclude  - to stop, to decide, to collect by reasoning, to close an argument by inferring, to determine, to make a final judgment, to end, to finish.  The wise seek God for His answer – they make His conclusion, and they move on.  The unwise continually falter between two opinions.  We're not talking about haste.  Haste makes waste – that’s Ben Franklin, not the Bible – but God’s Word says Proverbs 21:5 - The plans of the diligent bring plenty, as surely as haste leads to poverty.  Proverbs 19:2  It is not good to have zeal without knowledge, or be hasty and miss the way.  Hasty decisions that bring ruin aren’t hasty from speed of decision – they are hasty from lack of information – lack of counsel – making decisions without seeking the LORD and the information needed.  But once all has been heard, God has a time for this matter to conclude.  Ask Him He’ll tell you.  Praying that you will be a follower – not a falterer – that you won’t vascilate between opinions.  Praying that you will Ask God, Seek Counsel, Discern His will for you, and Conclude this matter according to His decision at the time He reveals – so you can move forward in the Good of the plans He has for you.  Praying that your PiVAT Decision Tool – will lead you in seeking Him, and once He reveals His decision for you - that your PiVAT for His plans - will help you move forward.  The more you seek Him, the more you not only find His answers – that journey will also reveal His Character, His Love, and His faithfulness to you.

Love you all,
dad
