Love you all, praying for you.

Praise God, He has so much good for you today!  Gifts waiting to be opened.  Praying that you will open each one.    Felt God just bringing me back  to basics.  Spending time with Him is a choice.  Praying that you will never miss a day with PRISM.  It's so simple, it just takes a desire to spend time with Him, Humility, and Asking.

PRISM – 5 Things you can do daily in God’s Word.
P: Praise the Word – In Psalms – Praise God using the Words of that verse.
R: Read the Word – the next chapter in the book that God told you to read.
I: Insight from the Word – Today’s Proverbs Chapter
S:  Study the Word – SOAP out a verse.  (s) God, what verse do you want me to dig deeper?  (o) God, what do you want me to see that I’ve have never seen before?  (a) God, what do you want me to DO, now that you’ve shown me this?  (p) God, help me do this.  (pray through what He just revealed and ask for His Grace to do it)
M:  Meditate on the Word – PRISM Topic for today – The power of God’s Word on a single subject.

Here's what it looks like on a Conversations Page in your Conversation Log.

PRISM
P:  Psalms 35:1
R:  John 11:
I:   Proverbs 5
S:  John 11:35
M: PRISM Topic:  Forgive

(s) John 11:35 - Jesus Wept

(o) God weeps?  What makes God weep? Do you weep?  What makes you weep?  Do you weep for what God weeps? Jesus wept over loss and lost opportunity.  Jesus wept when He saw the grief of Mary, Martha and those who loved Lazarus.  He lived just like we live.  He experienced everything we experienced.  Do we weep with those who weep, and rejoice with those who rejoice?   Jesus also wept over lost opportunity and judgment.

Luke 19:41 – As He approached Jerusalem and saw the city, he wept over it. And said, “If you, even you, had only known on this day what would bring you peace – but now it is hidden from your eyes… v44b  because you did not recognize the time of God’s coming to you.  Here Jesus wept for two things, He wept for the loss - the peace and the prosperity that would have come from following His ways - forfeited because they did not obey His Word.  And now – the terrible result of rejecting His ways – was coming on them.  Am I obeying – so I can walk in His peace?  So I can prosper like He wants His children to prosper?  Do I weep with those who weep, and rejoice with those who rejoice.  Do I long to see His people walk completely in obedience to His Ways?  That the lost will come to Christ?  Does it grieve me when they don’t – because of the destruction that awaits?

(a)  1) Fully Obey – and you will walk in His Peace – and the Prosperity that comes only through obedience.  2) Weep with those who weep – Rejoice with those who rejoice.  (Be there for them!)  3) Pray for God to save the lost –  I Pet 3:9 It’s not his will that any should perish!  4) Share your testimony with others – just share your testimony or God’s goodness, help them discover theirs – and Ask God to give you the opportunity to invite them to put their faith and life in Christ.  5) Know God’s Heart (Presence and PRISM) – so what grieves Him will grieve you – and what delights Him will delight you.

(p)  God give me a heart to obey – every thing that you tell me to do.  Show me your heart.  Give me a heart for your Presence and PRISM (a love for Your Word) - so I will know your heart – and be grieved and delighted by what grieves and delights you.  – In Jesus’ Name

Praying that His heart will become your heart… and Praying that PRISM every day will be your priority - that you will come back to it throughout the day.  Today is the time of God’s coming to you!  Don't miss it.  He is speaking right now!  PRISM is just asking Him, and He will reveal things you never knew before.  Things that can help you - that will prepare you for what He has for you today, and what He has for your future!

Love you all,
dad

PS: Sometimes you can't SOAP out just one verse.  Praise the Word - Psalm 35:1  Contend, O LORD, with those who contend with me, fight against those who fight against me.   There is only one that contends against you - your enemy.  Your enemy is the devil, not people.  You can love them, even your enemies - they're just deceived.  But regarding the devil, You don't have to contend with him, God does!  All you have to do is resist him.  Just remind him of what God said.  "It is Written!"  Just like Jesus!  God does the fighting for you!  You just speak His Word over your current situation.  God has done the work.  Your enemy is already defeated.  He can't bring anything into your life without permission.  You're not longer a slave to the sin you were once a slave to... Praise God.  Praying that you will walk in completely victory and absolute joy today...  love you, dad
