Love you all, praying for you.
God is speaking to me about something. The Purpose and Process of Change. God is a God of change. He never changes, but He changes you. He wants you to be conformed into the image of His Son. He wants you to walk in victory. What is change: to cause to turn or pass from one state to another. To put one thing in place of another. To quit one thing, for another. To shift. God’s shift… is always - man’s way to God’s Way.
The Purpose of Change: God changes you to establish you. Sometimes He changes what you are doing. Sometimes He changes how you are doing what you are doing, and sometimes He just refines the way you are doing it. To be fully His What, and His Way. His way is best for you! Both what to do and how you’re doing it. Any change God calls you to – is to refine and establish you in His Way. It’s where success for you is waiting. Success in life, and success that lasts for eternity. God told me: I didn’t write this book for you to read, I wrote this book for you to change. All Revelation that God brings – is to change us.
The Process of Change:
Change your Mind,
Change your Words,
Change your Heart,
Change your Habit,
Change your Destiny
God sends His Word – His revelation - to correct your mind; (to bring to your attention that change is necessary. If your words come into agreement, your mind is permanently changed, and your heart is filled, if your heart is changed your habits will change, and if your habits are changed and established – you will have a different destiny. The Destiny He has for you. You will never change your mind until you change your words. Assenting to something (mental assention) doesn’t change your mind – if you keep saying what you always said.
Assent – the act of the mind in admitting, or agreeing to, the truth of a proposition. A revelation is mental assention. “Oh, that’s true.” But mental assent isn’t a permanent change of mind, by a commitment to do it - only your words can do that. The King of Heart Shaping and mind changing – was King David. I will bless the LORD at all times, His Praise will continually be in my mouth. Sundays, God’s Sabbath, is the perfect time to ask God how we are doing in the changes that He wants to establish our lives in.
Praying for all of you - that the God of change will establish you in the obedience of Christ. That His fullness will become your DNA. That anything He reveals you will be quick to obey, and that you will be faithful to continue in it.
Love you all,
