Love you all, praying for you.
God reminding me. The most important thing you can do on any LORD’s Day, after rest and Worship… There is nothing more important than receiving His Plans for you this week. PiVAT Weekly is critical to you walking in the good He has for you. Do it this afternoon! Without it, you are just wandering and wishing. David said He had not only the plans, but he even had the details of the plans in writing from the hand of the LORD upon him. God has plans for you this week, plans to prosper you. You need to know what these plans are – so you can walk in them. They will bring Him glory, and bring you prosperity. Praying that you will dedicate the few minutes required to seek and know His heart for you this week. And then – that you would follow them completely without turning to the right or to the left. PiVAT Weekly is God’s plans for you this week. PiVAT before dinner is Him giving you the details of the plan. Praying that this will be a lifelong habit. Praying that you will begin a PiVAT Small Group – to help others overcome with their testimony of the good plans and good things He has for them. Praying that the Holy Spirit will absolutely take over your Daily Call, so that every day you will be walking in Hebrews 3:13 – exhorting one another daily!
God challenging me… Psalm 72:12-13 For he will deliver the needy who cry out, the afflicted who have no one to help. He will take pity on the weak and save the souls of the needy.
Needy: ebyon <eb-yone> in the sense of want – especially in feeling. From the word abah <aw-baw> to breathe after. Be willing. Acquiescent – 1828 – disposed to submit. Souls – breath, life, vitality. Saves – yasha <yaw-shah> to be open, wide and free, safe, defended, delivered, get victory. So who would want to be needy? Me! God said - For those who breathe after Him, who are willing to submit to His Ways, instead of theirs, He will establish their life in absolute victory.
He will deliver the needy who cry out. Not just any needy, the ones who cry out to Him. So why wouldn’t the needy cry out? They don’t realize their need, or they put their trust in something else - in themselves, others, or other things.
John 4:10 – Jesus replied, “If you only knew the gift God has for you and who you are speaking to, you would ask me, and I would give you living water. Here this woman was drawing water every day at the well, she had physical water, she wasn’t physically dying, she thought her ability to draw water was enough. But Jesus said, if you only knew who you were talking to. You’d ask me for water. Most people think their water is enough, what they are doing is enough, their plans are enough. They don’t realize what God has for them so far surpasses what they can come up with on their own – it’s like natural water vs. eternal water.
Others don’t cry out to him because they think they can do better, they don’t want to admit they are needy or afflicted. They still have friends to help, or the life they live has attraction that still pulls them, they aren’t at the end of their rope yet. They put their trust in themselves, others, or other things. Like the Pharisee in Luke 18:11 “God, I thank you that I am not like other people – robbers, evildoers, adulterers – or even like this tax collector, I fast twice a week and give a tenth of all I get. Others just don’t want to give up what they think they have... Matthew 19:21 Jesus answered, if you want to be complete, go, sell your possessions and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me. (Give me your day planner) When the young man heard this, he went away in sorrow for he had great wealth. (He valued his plans and his life, more than what God could give him). The only way the needy get delivered, is if they cry out, and the only way they will cry out is if they humble themselves. If you don’t want to admit your need, or you would rather live your way – you won’t cry out, you won't surrender your day plan to Him, and so you cannot walk in the victory God has for you.
Praying for you – that you would recognize your need for Him always. That you seek him first not last – after your plans fail. Praying that PiVAT before dinner will bring you each day His details to the Plans He has for you so He can prosper you! Jesus answered, “Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life. – John 4:13-14 - This is a different life, an ebyon life, an abah life. Perpetual Living Water – The Holy Spirit, continually leading and guiding you in the plans and the blessing that can only come through full surrender to Him! You can trust him. Everyone who calls on Him will be delivered, established, enlarged, prospered. This is not an easy life, but it is a completely blessed life! No one loves you like your Heavenly Father – no plans are better what He has for you!
