Love you all, praying for you.

I just love God’s Word.  It’s an example.  It gives secrets.  In the beginning God created the heavens and earth.  God is a creator.  His Words create.  It all started when God said, “Let there be light.”  He also revealed a powerful secret.  Let us create man in our image, male and female created He them.  We are created in the image of the Creator.  And just like His Words create, so do yours.  Your words create your life.  So what are you saying?  David is a wonderful example.  He always said who God is, what God does, and what he, David will do in response.  The devil isn’t a creator, he’s a liar, a twister, a destroyer, a ruiner of everything good.  He always tempts you to choose your sin nature, over your spiritual inheritance in Christ.  Your Words are so important.  Two of my favorite… “Not Today.”  Every day the devil tries to bring temptation, the invitation to sin.  The option of doing less than God’s best.  There’s always an opportunity to worry, to doubt, to fear, to be prideful, to complain, to criticize, to not do, what God told you to do, right now.  To skip the habits that bring success, and to neglect the conversations with your Heavenly Father – that draw you near.  Your Words create.  You can talk to God, you can talk to yourself, and you can talk to the devil, to this mountain.  Your words fill your heart, they direct your thoughts, and establish belief, and they obligate your actions.  The next time you face a temptation, or a compromise, a fruitless choice.  Let your words create victory.  Every time your word – is God’s word – your victory is sure.  I can always fear tomorrow, but not today.  Psalms 46:1 - God is my refuge and strength a very present help in trouble.  Though the earth be removed and the mountains be cast into the middle of the sea – I will not fear!  I can always complain tomorrow, but not today.  Psalms 34:1 - I will bless the LORD at all times, His praise will continually be in my mouth.  I can always doubt tomorrow, but not today.  James 1:6 - He who doubts is like a wave tossed by the sea…  I can always criticize tomorrow, but not today.  Ephesians 4:29 - Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs that it may benefit those who listen?  I can always sin tomorrow, but not today.  Psalms 101:3 - I will set before my eyes no unclean thing, the deeds of faithless men I hate, they will not cling to me.  I can always be lazy tomorrow, but not today.  Proverbs 12:24 - Diligent hands will rule, but laziness ends in slave labor.  I can always quit tomorrow, but not today.   Philippians 2:13 – For it is God who works in you both to will and to act according to his good purpose.  He gives you the want to and the power to - do what pleases Him!  He gives you the power to do what He told you to do today!  I can always give up tomorrow, but not today.  Luke 18:1 – Then Jesus told them a parable to show them that they should always pray and never give up.  Praying that you will know God’s will for you today, and know His Word for you today.  PiVAT before dinner and PRISM throughout the day will help you!  Praying that the words you use, that create your life, are always His Word.  You can always fail tomorrow, but not today.  Psalms 56:13 – For you have delivered my soul from death, and my feet from stumbling, that I may walk before God in the light of life.  God’s right hand is holding you, His power is propelling you, His Spirit is guiding you.  His grace is enough for you.  His victory is yours when His Word becomes your word!  He has overcoming for you! Today!

Love you all,
dad
