History - Hear Well Done began in 2010 through the prayerful obedience of Kelly and April Kamentz. It was founded to share practical Biblical Tools to fully obey with time, thoughts, money and testimony. Daily Relationships that encourage obedience are the essence of discipleship. Hebrews 3:13 - Matthew 28:19-20
Our Team - Kelly Kamentz - Director and Founder of Hear Well Done, Inc. Kelly directs the efforts of this ministry full time as God supplies. He has over thirty years of financial, small business, corporate product development, and ministry experience. Kelly and April started serving as volunteers with Crown Financial Ministries in 1991 and have personally led over twenty-five 8-12 week Small Group Biblical Financial Studies teaching God's way of handing money. Kelly later served over seven years with Crown and Compass Finances God's way as area director, state director and district director in Ohio, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania. Kelly and April have six children, seven grandchildren and reside in southwest Ohio. April Kamentz - Associate Director, and Co-Founder of Hear Well Done, Inc. April and Kelly have served for years in mentoring and discipleship roles, Youth Pastors, Worship Pastors and leaders, serving the local church. April served for over fifteen years at the Warren County Board of Elections - in staff training and management, assisting in the effective administration of local, state and national elections - she has a heart for families, young mothers, and training up Godly children. Dan Schilling - Board Member, Hear Well Done, Inc. Dan serves as the founder of Feedsheep.org a teaching and application ministry. Formerly, North American Director of Compass, Finances God's Way. He and Cheri have been in full time Christian ministry for over 25 years, including Christian Education, family and stewardship ministry. They have seven sons and reside in Orlando, Florida. Bart Nill - Board Member, Hear Well Done, Inc. Bart and Cindy and their daughter Annabelle reside in Kansas City. Bart has over 20 years of banking experience and ten years of full time ministry serving with Crown Financial Ministries, and Compass, Finances God's Way. He has a deep heart for pastors, effective prayer ministry in the church, and unity in the body of Christ. Klarysa Kamentz - Discipleship Ambassador and Communications Director - Klarysa has her bachelor's degree in Communications and is investing her life in the Kingdom of God. She provides creative and strategic input for Hear Well Done to enhance the experience and success of the people we serve as they grow in their obedience journey with God. She is a worshiper, artist, producer, and has many years of one on one and small group discipleship experience and a heart to help people live out their purpose for the glory of God.
