Love you all, praying for you.
I just love God’s Word. His written Word in the Bible, and His rhema Word in your spirit. It protects you. It’s a shelter, it’s a strong tower. Hard times are coming. You will either be full of worry, doubt, fear and unbelief, or you will be full of humility, instant obedience, faith, hope, love, praise, and joy. You choose. Prepare now. When hard times come and everything is stripped away. These three things remain, faith, hope, and love, but the greatest of these is love. Love for God is obedience, it starts with humility. Love for others is preference, giving, truth, and kindness. How to prepare for hard times: 1) Get God’s plan for you today! PiVAT before dinner, do not miss it, learn to hear his voice. Obey immediately and completely, your life may depend on it. 2) Get His Word – Increase it, soak in it, pray in the Spirit – build your faith, replace the mind of man with the mind of Christ. Get wisdom and understanding so you are like the men of Issachar who understood the times and knew what the people of God should do. 3) Remove sin from your life, no compromise, no foothold, no distraction, why be under God’s correction or judgment, why not be under His mercy, His grace, and favor. 4) Pray without ceasing, the prayer of faith, not the prayer of fear. Learn to pray – start by praying the prayers God wants to answer, not the prayers you want him to answer. The fervent, effectual prayer of a righteous man availeth much. Learn how to be effective in prayer. You gotta do it to learn it. 5) Stop Spending, eliminate debt, do not obligate yourself further. Change your idea of fun, know where God’s money is and do what He tells you to do with it. Only spend what God tells you – it’s His money. Tithe and Give – open your hand to the poor. Give at God’s direction, a closed hand cannot receive anything more. 6) Save - Store up for the winter – so you will have food to share. Be like the ant – work hard and save, see danger and take refuge, don’t be like the fool, who keeps going and suffers for it. 7) Share Jesus, the hope of the world! Share your faith, make disciples, walk with someone, pray for the lost, pray for those in leadership over you, pray for other believers, invest in eternity. Fear Not – be not dismayed, you can tell by the measure of joy you have. God is in control, He will save with a Mighty Hand, those who put their trust in Him. Love you all, dad
